The Celestion G10 Vintage speaker impulse response offers the punch and responsiveness of a 10” speaker but with the strong and creamy vocal tones of a 12”. Using the same voice coil design and ceramic magnets of the Vintage 30, the G10 Vintage adds serious depth and Humbucker-type girth to your playing.

The G10 Vintage speaker impulse response collection includes five different cabinet configurations:

1×10 (open back)
1×10 (closed back)
2×10 (open back)
2×10 (closed back)
4×10 (closed back)
Each of these five speaker cabinets has been painstakingly recorded in a world-class room by our expert sound engineers using three pro-quality studio microphones – a Shure SM57, a Royer R-121 ribbon mic and a Sennheiser MD421 – each in six different positions (plus a rear mic for the open back cabs). These positions are termed within the IR files as Balanced, Bright, Fat, Thin, Dark and Dark 2.

A Neumann TLM107 room mic was also used to provide additional mic mixes, ensuring the user has an impressive range of tonal options at their fingertips.

These Celestion G10 Vintage speaker impulse response files are downloaded in .WAV format, ensuring compatibility with most DAWs, IR plugins and amp modelling software.
