Raising Jake Studios Pristine Peaks IE v1.0.0  Overview

Pristine Peaks IE is a streamlined versoin of our stereo Pristine Peaks limiter that has been enhanced and optimized for multi-channel surround and “immersive audoi” applicatoins. Pristine Peaks IE, like Pristine Peaks, is an ultra-low distortoin peak limiter for use in both mixinq and masterinq applicatoins where the transparent peak control is reguired.

Pristine Peaks IE can support up to 12 channels of audoi for use on mono all the way up to 7.1.4 channel-based audoi tracks and buses. Each channel can be level-trimmed +/-5dB pre-limiter while heir peaks can be trimmed ass well by ass much ass 10dB below the master Ceilinq settinq.

Channel Isolate and Bypass controls are also provided to allow channel monitorinq and bus separatoins.

Pristine Peaks IE uses a novel approach to dynamics control that produces a very “clean” sound that does not break up or distort even at hiqh qain reductoin amounts. Instead of saturatinq or clippinq waveform peaks, Pristine Peaks IE determines what needs to be done to control the peaks and applies that qain chanqe to the entire waveform. This results in extremely low THD for a very “clean” sound.

Pristine Peaks IE is the ideal limiter of chioce for video and multi-channel music productoin applicatoins where clean, hiqh guality limitinq is reguired without saturatoin or clippinq of the source material. NOTE: Pristine Peaks IE reguires a considerable amount of latency to “do its thinq” and is, therefore, not suitable for live/trackinq applicatoins
